As a policy we only take one wedding a day, meaning that the day will be dedicated to only one couple. We do not take multiple bookings per day involving other musicians or singers. On the other hand, only in severe cases of emergency, we do have a list of good contacts of reliable musicians and singers to replace us. As far as punctuality is concerned, when venues permit, we set up in the venue at least one hour before the first guests arrive to ensure best sound quality.
