We do our best to well maintain our equipment doing any necessary maintenance required. We also continuously upgrade and replace our gear, to assure reliability. However what is man-made can always fail, sometimes without even any warnings. You do not afford to have two hours from your wedding muted from any music. Thus we always have backup equipment on site, to replace immediately within minutes, in case of any failure. Obviously we are not responsible for any power failures. That is an issue clients have to deal with the venue's personnel, ensuring backup generators.
