equipment - at the reception hall

reliability_pic

When using powerful equipment, you can afford having a low volume of sound, which however can diffuse well in a long distance. When low-power public address systems are used, the volume is drastically loud, this leads to deafening the guests in front of the output speakers, and distributing the sound over a very short range. Normally one good P.A. system is used at the reception Hall. Usually, unless the venue's personnel lack co-operation, the music is set up in the most appropriate location where it can be enjoyed from most areas of the venue. Yet some reception venues, especially those which have large indoor or outdoor grounds do require more than one P.A. system in order to reach all guests. This is something which has to be discussed prior to the wedding, as it might need co-ordination with the venue's and even the catering personnel. Whatever the amount of speakers used at the venue, we ensure that a sensible balance of volume is always kept throughout the reception, so that guests can socialize yet entertain themselves.
